The New Payment on Account

If you would like to pay on your account through the internet via a Credit Card it is now possible.

Here is what you do:

1. Log into your account (Under "MY ACCOUNT LOGIN")
2. Click on Account Statement
3. Click on Pay Account
4. Then select if you would like to pay by Acct Balance,
    invoice, or pay certain amount.

---Pay Acct Balance---Click pay amount, then enter your Credit Card information, then Submit

---Pay by Invoice---click invert selection box (this unchecks all the invoices so that you can select the invoices you would like to pay), select the boxes to be paid, click the refresh button at the bottom of the page, make sure the amount shown is what you would like to pay and click the Pay amount button, then enter your Credit Card information, then Submit.

---Pay Certain Amount---Go to box at the bottom of the page that says payment amount and enter the amount you would like to pay, click the refresh button, make sure the amount shown is what you would like to pay and click the Pay amount button, then enter your Credit Card information, then Submit.

You will receive a receipt on the screen that you can print out and you should also receive an e-mail saying the payment has been posted to your account.  If you do not receive the e-mail saying the payment was posted please contact Sam Clark at 419-423-2611 or e-mail her at sclark@bvfcoop.com.
